For the Love of Lacie, Inc. was founded in 2018 in honor of Lacie Jo Frasier Bryan. In 2020, the For the Love of Lacie Foundation was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to further our mission.
The Foundation supports the Lacie Jo Frasier Bryan Memorial Scholarship, established in 2019. These scholarships are awarded to graduating female seniors at Rockwall High School.
Our signature fundraiser, the For the Love of Lacie Backyard Benefit, began in 2018 and is held annually each June. Through the generosity of our annual donors, memorial contributions, and support of the Backyard Benefit, we can fund these scholarships and support our mission to inspire and empower the next generation of young women in Rockwall Texas to help them pursue their dreams of becoming educated, independent women.
The name that started it all
Lacie, a 6th generation Rockwall resident, was a 2007 graduate of Rockwall High School. Lacie loved God, family, friends and her hometown of Rockwall. She graduated from Texas Women’s University in 2012, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Biology and Chemistry and a minor in Women’s Studies.
Lacie married Kyle Bryan, her high school sweetheart after her college graduation. They were expecting their first child, Corbin Rae when she was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer resulting in the loss of their baby girl and Lacie on June 14, 2017, after a courageous fight.
Lacie believed in women becoming educated, vital member of the workplace, the science field and in becoming self-sufficient and independent.
Lacie became a Sensory Scientist with Saputo Corporation in Dallas. She oversaw product Development, Consumer Testing and Consumer Reaction and input.
Lacie focused on the positive and good in others, she had a contagious smile, passion for life, sense of humor, devoted love toward her family and friends, and trusted in the Lord through the hardest of struggles. Her Legacy lives on through the lives she touched, the love she gave to all and her never-ceasing faith in God.

Our Mission
Our mission is to inspire and empower the next generation of young women in Rockwall by offering scholarships to qualified graduates of Rockwall High School. These scholarships aim to help them pursue their dreams of becoming educated, independent women.
